HOW THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS

Submit your client's details below and our team will be in touch shortly. We manage the entire client journey and keep you informed throughout.

1. Submit the form — Complete your client's details and referral summary below. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email and your client will be automatically linked to your referral account.

2. Your client is contacted — Your client receives a welcome email and SMS immediately upon submission, tailored to their situation and including a link to book an initial consultation.

3. We follow up on your behalf — If your client hasn't booked after the first contact, we'll follow up twice more over the following days. If they remain unresponsive after three attempts, we'll email you to let you know — so you're never left wondering what happened.
