How to redeem referral points in the portal

Follow the steps below to redeem your referral reward points through the Performance Property client portal.

Step 1: Log in to the Client Portal

Access your Client Profile in the Performance Property portal.

  • Your Reward Points balance is displayed in the top right corner of the screen.

  • You can also see your balance in the Overview section under Reward Points Balance.

Step 2: Click “Redeem Points”

In the Overview tab:

  1. Locate your Reward Points Balance.

  2. Click the Redeem Points button next to your points total.

This will open the Redeem Points pop-up window.

Step 3: Complete the Redemption Form

In the Redeem Points window, fill out the required fields:

1. Select a Service *

  • Click the Select service dropdown.

  • Choose one of the eligible services available for redemption.

2. Enter Number of Points *

  • Input the number of points you wish to redeem.

  • Ensure the number does not exceed your available balance.

3. Enter Property Address *

  • Provide the relevant property address.

  • Use the Search function if required.

⚠️ All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Step 4: Submit Your Redemption

  • Review the details entered.

  • Click Redeem to submit your request.

  • If you need to stop the process, click Cancel.

Step 5: Confirm Redemption 

  • You will be sent an email confirming your redemption request. Please forward this email to accounts@performanceproperty.com.au to confirm your redemption request.
  • Our accounts team will review your request and reduce your eligible invoice by the redemption amount.

Important Notes

  • Points can only be redeemed against eligible services.
